Delete your account
ByStock website and ByStock App (iOS / Android).
In the app or on the website
In the ByStock app or on bystock.fun open “My account” at the top right → “Delete my account”. The button below does the same. Deletion happens immediately.
If you can't sign in
Email info@bystock.fun from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. Once we confirm you own the address we delete your account within 30 days and reply to you.
What is deleted
Your account (email address, sign-in method), saved Pine scripts and version history, chart settings and drawings, saved chart layouts, paper trading account, price / drawing / funding alerts, Telegram link and shared chart images. Deleted data cannot be restored.
What remains
Cookie-free usage measurement that cannot be linked to you (no IP, email or account ID) is deleted automatically after 180 days. An account you opened on an exchange is not ByStock's; delete it with that exchange.
