SPREAD is the cost of ENTRY, in basis points (1 bps = 0.01%): the gap between the price you can buy at and the price you can sell at, right now, at real size. A dot means there is no book — you cannot get in or out cleanly. Funding is the rent the crowded side pays the other side; positive means longs pay. The annualised column projects the current rate forward (rate × 3 × 365) — it is a snapshot, not a promise. Basis is the gap between the perp and the oracle (spot) price. Open interest shows where positioning sits.
