How to read this
Dated means a listing date has been announced. Filed means the company has registered with the regulator — that date is the filing date, not the listing date, so this is the pipeline rather than a schedule. Blank-cheque vehicles are labelled SPAC rather than hidden: they dominate the calendar by count, and a shell raising capital is not the same event as an operating company listing. The on-chain badge means the ticker also has a perpetual market we can read.
